Hannah Panteleos first became interested in working in the substance use field during her time at Stonehill College where she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology.

Hannah started as the Operations Supervisor for Plymouth County Outreach in September 2019 where she oversees the day to day operations of a county wide initiative. Hannah has completed Recovery Coach Academy through the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR).

Hannah is a member of the Drug Endangered Children Sub-Committee and Steering Committee through the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office; the Plymouth Youth Development Collaborative Coalition, the Plymouth County HUB Program; and she serves as a Data Champion for the HEALing Communities Coalition in Plymouth Massachusetts. Hannah is a certified trainer for the National Academy for Drug Endangered Children in the state of Massachusetts.
