Hannah Panteleos

Program Manager
Hannah Panteleos first became interested in working in the substance use field during her time at Stonehill College where she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology.

Hannah started as the Operations Supervisor for Plymouth County Outreach in September 2019 where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of the county-wide initiative. In October of 2022, Hannah was promoted to Program Manager to assist with the expansion of the program and its many initiatives. Hannah has completed Recovery Coach Academy through the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) and is in the process of obtaining her MBA in Human Resource Management from Fitchburg State University.

Hannah is a member of the Plymouth Youth Development Collaborative, the Plymouth County Hub Program, and the Healing Connections sub-committee. She is also a certified trainer for the National Academy for Drug-Endangered Children in the State of Massachusetts. Outside of work, Hannah volunteers as a phone operator for the Never Use Alone hotline to continue supporting those experiencing substance use disorder.
