Stacy Kailher
Recovery Coach
Stacy Kailher became involved with Plymouth County Outreach in 2018 as a partner Recovery Coach through the Arch Program. During her time at the Arch Program, Stacy worked as a Recovery Coach at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital and Good Samaritan Medical Center providing resources and support to individuals directly after they had experienced an overdose. In her role with PCO, Stacy conducts overdose follow-ups in the city of Brockton alongside a Brockton Police Officer to provide additional community support. Stacy currently works full-time as an Addiction Consult Service Peer Recovery Coach at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital and continues to work with PCO on a part-time basis.
Stacy has been an integral part of PCO’s Tier 2 initiative since its inception in 2018 and continues to assist individuals who are at a high risk of overdosing. Stacy has completed Recovery Coach Academy through the Connecticut Center for Addiction Recovery and is a certified Substance Abuse Counselor in the State of Massachusetts. Stacy also served on the Brockton HEAL coalition and has participated in several BMC Grayken Center Addiction Trainings.
