Jason DeLappe
Recovery Coach
Jason M. DeLappe began his work with Plymouth County Outreach in January of 2023 as a full time Recovery Coach. His lifetime experiences with addiction and recovery resulted in a strong desire to give back to the people and places where he grew up. Formerly a resident of Kingston, MA. Jason moved to Fall River, MA and graduated the Stepping Stone Inc. men’s program in December of 2021. As a member of Stepping Stone Jason began volunteering as group leader at Fall River’s Peer To Peer Recovery Support Center. This continued through January 20023. As often as three days a week Jason would facilitate a daily meeting known as Breakfast Blend, building relationships in the community and In the center.
In March 2022, Jason completed the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) Recovery Coach Academy. A graduate of Massasoit Community College in Brockton, Jason took classes at Bridgewater State University majoring in Finance. Jason has 17 years customer service experience as a produce clerk as well as a 7 year career as a Supervisor/Business Analyst for BlueCross BlueShield Of Massachusetts. Currently working with PCO Jason has begun weekly scheduled visits at the Plymouth County Correctional Facility as a Recovery Coach and group leader for PCO. He is currently working on his Addiction Recovery Coach certification with the state and continues to make a difference in our community.
