The Plymouth County Situation Tables (formerly known as The HUB) were founded by a collaboration between Plymouth County Outreach (PCO), Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth and Police Assisted Addiction and Recovery Initiative (PAARI) with grant funding by South Shore Health. The Plymouth County Situation Tables take a team-based approach to link community organizations, aiming to support individuals and families who meet criteria for a high level of needs across multiple areas and are at an acutely elevated risk of harm.
The Plymouth County Situation Tables cover Plymouth County entirely by dividing into the four District Court regions and holding a meeting each week for each.
