Chief Michael Botieri has been a Plymouth Police Officer since May of 1985, being appointed to Chief of Police in November 2008. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Anna Maria College.
Chief Marc Duphily has been a police officer for 25 years. He began his career in 1995 with the New Bedford Police Department, transferring to the Carver Police Department in 2002. In Carver, he rose through the ranks and was appointed Chief of Police in July of 2013.
John Garcia is the Chief of Police of the Marion Police Department. He has been a police officer for 35 years. Prior to be appointed Chief, Chief Garcia was the Unit Commander for the Southeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (SEMLEC) Search and Rescue Team for 12 years.
Chief Hanlon was appointed as a Whitman Police Officer in 2000. In 2003 he was assigned as the Detective for the Town, and in 2005 he was promoted to Sergeant. In 2012 he was appointed as the Deputy Chief of the department, and in September of 2019 he was appointed as the Chief of Police. Over the course of the last 20 years, he has served many roles within the department including the DCJIS liaison for the department, and also the Court Prosecutor.
Chief John Llewellyn has been with the Rockland police department since 1988. Starting as a patrolman, he moved through the ranks of detective, detective sergeant, patrol sergeant and deputy chief. He became the Chief of Police in 2005 and has remained there for the past fifteen years. Chief Llewellyn received a Bachelor's degree from Stonehill College and a Law degree from Suffolk University. He also serves as the Control Chief for the METROLEC Motorcycle unit.
David Majenski advanced through the ranks at the Abington Police Department and for the last 16 years has served in the capacity as the Chief of Police for the department. Before joining Abington, he worked for the Plymouth County Bureau of Criminal Investigation as an Identification Officer.
Dr. Mendoza is Director of System Integration at the BIDMC Department of Psychiatry, Chief of Psychiatry at the BIDPlymouth, BIDMilton and BIDNeedham. He is Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Tufts University Medical School.
Chief Miksch started his law enforcement carrier in 1995 with the Carver Police Department. During his 18 years with the Carver Police he served as the DARE Officer, Internal Affairs Officer, and Court Officer. Chief Miksch was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2001. He became the Administrative Sergeant in 2007 and was promoted to Chief in 2010. Since 2013 he has served as Chief of the Hanson Police Department.
Doctor Muse Is a board certified emergency physician who has over 30 years of experience in the field. He has been practicing at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital for the last eleven years. Doctor Muse has also served as EMS medical director overseeing 13 departments and agencies.
Chief Glenn Olsson is a 40 year veteran of the Hingham Police Department, starting his career in 1980. In his early career he was active in the community and the Hingham Police association. Hingham Police was deeply rooted in the community policing philosophy. After 19 years of serving many different roles within the department he was promoted to Sergeant.
Tim Quigley, DNP, MBA, RN, NEA-BC is Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at South Shore Health. Dr. Quigley joined South Shore Health in 2004 from Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, where he was Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nurse Executive for 7 years. Previously, Dr. Quigley worked for Massachusetts General Hospital, VHA Health Front in Woburn (one of the first attempts at network integration in this region), and Boston University’s Health Policy Unit.
Sgt. Schlieman has been a police officer for over 20 years. He was promoted to Sergeant in 2013 and was assigned to the day shift as a patrol supervisor. In 2019, he was assigned to oversee the Community Education Unit at the Brockton Police Department. He has a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
Chief Sweeney began his career with the Hanover Police Department in 1982 when he was appointed to the position of Patrol Officer. In 1995 he was promoted to Sergeant and was assigned to the patrol and detective divisions. In 1997 he was promoted to Lieutenant commanding both patrol and detective divisions. In this capacity he was the Executive Officer for the department. In 2008 he was appointed Chief of Police. Chief Sweeney has served as the Acting Town Manager for the Town of Hanover.
Chair, Emergency Medicine, South Shore Health
Dr. Jason Tracy oversees the care of nearly 100,000 emergency department patients per year. Prior to joining South Shore Health, Dr. Tracy was a Chief Resident of Emergency Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and has held multiple leadership positions in emergency medicine. He lectures internationally on emergency department operations, design, and leadership.
Chief Wall has been a member of the Pembroke Police Department since 1984 and has served in Patrol, Detectives, Court Prosecutor and as a Sergeant before becoming Chief in 2012. Chief Wall presently serves as a Control Chief for the South Eastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (SEMLEC) Search and Rescue Team and is an Executive Board member and Past President of the Southeastern Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association.
