“My son Timothy was voted best of the bunch by his teachers in high school for his kindness to others. A six-foot-four-inch sweet 29 year old man with the most amazing sense of humor. His smile and jokes would light up a room. He played basketball all four years of high school. In college, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in sociology and was accepted into a master’s degree program in counseling at the time of sudden death. He worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with the Department of Children and families, whether he was helping young children or adults with mental health issues in the court system he always worked hard. He was an extremely hard worker and he was passionate about the work that he did. He left behind many friends and great memories. Oh Timmy, you are so missed beyond words. Your sister, Katie, named her baby girl Teagan after you. We just had to choose a “T” name in honor of you. I want to continue your legacy the best way I can, by continuing to provide scholarships to others, sponsoring individuals to further treatment and by opening up my counseling company in your name.” Written by Darcy Murray Beals
