Plymouth County Outreach Staff

Mary Peckham lost her son to a fatal overdose on September 4th, 2012. Since then, she has been a passionate voice and advocate for those we have lost. In early 2019, Mary began working with Plymouth County Outreach as our first Peer Grief Support Specialist to provide support to those who have lost a loved one to an overdose. Mary is the founder and facilitator of Matthew's Candle, a grief support group for those experiencing substance use-related loss. She also sits on the board of the local nonprofit PCO HOPE to provide support and resources to individuals living with substance use disorder.
