When you get the chance, choose for yourself. The ripple effects that begin with that “little voice” inside our head and end with the actions we choose based on what we have heard span vast and wide. Our guidance for much of what we endure tends to be an outward source of inspiration or pressure depending on the influence of others. What would happen if we all took our individuality and remembered the strength, we have within our own compacity? TRUST YOURSELF.
In a world where outside influences are at an all-time high, remember to digress all in which take part in our daily routines. Social media, a world at our fingertips, in which we can quickly slip into an unknown mentality of worry, unrealistic image and become encased in the race of who has done better, faster, and achieved the most in accordance with the portrayal displayed for all to see. But remember this is done purposely. Achieve your day in your own way. Go onward at your own pace, if you slip back some dust yourself off and regroup. Take that time for you too as it’s ALL a part of the journey that we don’t always talk about.
The bad days, some outweigh the good, the struggle to get the basics achieved while other times the world needs to be conquered. Call upon that “little voice” inside, the courage that brings forth the ability in each step we take on our own path. Whether it be addiction, mental health, the battles that aren’t always spoken about become a daily task in self-talk. Let’s normalize the conversation of it’s OK to not be OK all the time!
